Cancellation Policy

At Trabel Community, we understand that plans can change. To ensure transparency and fairness for all travelers, we have outlined our cancellation and refund terms below.

Cancellation by the Customer

  • 30 Days or More Before Departure:

    • 80% refund of the total trip cost (after deducting any non-refundable advance payments made to hotels, transport, permits, etc.).

  • 15 to 29 Days Before Departure:

    • 50% refund of the total trip cost.

  • 7 to 14 Days Before Departure:

    • 25% refund of the total trip cost.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure:

    • No refund.

  • Note:
    Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days after the cancellation request is received and verified.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Certain components of a trip are non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to:

    • Permits

    • Flight or transportation bookings

    • Hotel advance payments

    • Visa fees (if applicable)

    • Special permits or passes

  • These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

3. Cancellation by Trabel Community

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, low participation, or other events beyond our control).

    • In such cases, customers will have the option to either:

      • Receive a full refund of the amount paid, or

      • Rebook for an alternative trip at no additional cost.

  • Important:
    Trabel Community is not responsible for expenses incurred by customers outside the trip cost (such as flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, etc.).

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a traveler fails to join the trip on the scheduled date without prior communication, it will be considered a "No-Show," and no refund will be provided.

5. Trip Modifications

  • Requests for rescheduling or modifications (such as change of dates, destinations, or participant details) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of Trabel Community.

6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of situations beyond human control ("Force Majeure" events) like earthquakes, floods, pandemics, travel bans, or wars, Trabel Community may offer rescheduling or partial refunds based on specific circumstances but is not obligated to.

7. How to Cancel

  • To initiate a cancellation, please email us at [Insert Cancellation Email] with the following:

    • Full Name

    • Trip Name/Batch

    • Booking Reference

    • Reason for Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by the Trabel Community.
